Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Winner
Technology For Systems Trading, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
Courizo is a comprehensive logistics
management platform designed to enable courier companies, delivery service
providers, logistics businesses, and commercial organizations to manage their
operations through a centralized cloud-based system.
The Platform provides tools for shipment
management, delivery operations, driver management, customer management,
company administration, branch management, financial reports, subscriptions,
notifications, analytics, and operational monitoring. Each subscribed company
manages its own business independently through its dedicated workspace within
the Platform.
Winner Technology provides the technology
infrastructure and software only. It does not provide courier, transportation,
delivery, freight forwarding, or payment collection services and is not a party
to any shipping or transportation agreement between companies and their
customers.
This Privacy Policy explains how we
collect, use, process, store, and protect personal information when using the
Courizo Platform.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect business registration
information, company details, administrator accounts, employee information,
driver information, customer information entered by subscribed companies,
shipment records, operational data, subscription information, technical
information, IP addresses, browser information, cookies, device information,
login history, and API activity logs necessary for operating the Platform.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and
improve the Platform, authenticate users, manage subscriptions, generate
reports and analytics, support shipment operations, monitor drivers and
delivery activities, provide customer support, maintain security, improve
system performance, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important
service updates.
3. Customer Data
Each subscribed company remains the owner
and controller of the information it stores within the Platform.
Winner Technology processes such
information solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Courizo
Platform and does not access, use, sell, or disclose customer information
except as required to provide the services or comply with applicable law.
4. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party
services including cloud hosting providers, payment gateways selected by
subscribed companies, SMS providers, WhatsApp services, email providers,
mapping services, artificial intelligence services, automation platforms,
analytics providers, and other business integrations.
Each third-party provider operates under
its own privacy policies and terms.
5. Data Security
Winner Technology implements appropriate
administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration,
misuse, or destruction.
Although we apply industry-standard
security practices, no electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as
necessary to provide the Platform, maintain business records, comply with
applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect
the integrity of the Platform.
7. International Data Transfers
Depending on the selected hosting services
or third-party integrations, certain information may be processed or stored
outside the United Arab Emirates while maintaining appropriate technical and
organizational safeguards.

Subject to applicable laws, authorized
users may request access to their personal information, correction of
inaccurate information, deletion where legally permitted, restriction of
processing, or other rights available under applicable data protection
