Welcome to Courizo, a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform owned and operated by Winner Technology For Systems Trading, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Courizo platform, including its website, applications, software, APIs, and related services. By creating an account, subscribing to the platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Courizo

Courizo is a cloud-based logistics and courier management platform that enables courier companies, logistics providers, delivery businesses, and commercial organizations to manage their daily operations through a centralized software solution.

Courizo provides technology services only.

Winner Technology For Systems Trading is not a courier company, shipping carrier, freight forwarder, logistics operator, transportation provider, or party to any shipping or transportation agreement between platform users.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for legally registered businesses and commercial organizations.

To register, users may be required to provide valid business information and supporting company documents for verification.

By registering, you represent that all submitted information is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • All activities performed under their accounts.
  • Ensuring that account information remains accurate.
  • Immediately notifying Courizo of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Winner Technology reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.

4. Platform Services

Courizo provides software solutions including, but not limited to:

  • Courier Management
  • Shipment Management
  • Driver Management
  • Customer Management
  • Branch Management
  • Tracking Services
  • Financial Reporting
  • Subscription Management
  • Notifications
  • API Integrations
  • Third-party Integrations

The Platform may be updated, modified, improved, or expanded without prior notice.

5. Independent Company Responsibility

Each subscribed company operates independently.

Every company is solely responsible for:

  • Its employees
  • Drivers
  • Customers
  • Shipments
  • Financial transactions
  • Taxes
  • Payment gateways
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Compliance with local laws

Winner Technology does not supervise or control the day-to-day operations of any company using the Platform.

6. Payments

Courizo provides software subscription services only.

Subscription fees are billed annually unless otherwise agreed.

Winner Technology does not receive, process, hold, or transfer shipment payments or Cash on Delivery (COD) funds between companies and their customers.

Each subscribed company is solely responsible for integrating and managing its own payment methods.

7. White Label Services

Courizo may provide dedicated workspaces, custom domains, subdomains, branding, themes, and platform customization for subscribed companies.

Each White Label environment remains part of the Courizo infrastructure and is governed by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
  • Upload malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorized access.
  • Reverse engineer the Platform.
  • Distribute copyrighted content without authorization.
  • Use the Platform in violation of sanctions or export regulations.
  • Support terrorism, money laundering, fraud, or prohibited commercial activities.

Winner Technology reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, interfaces, databases, trademarks, logos, documentation, graphics, and intellectual property rights relating to Courizo remain the exclusive property of Winner Technology For Systems Trading.

No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

10. Data Protection

Winner Technology processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Each subscribed company remains responsible for the personal data it collects from its own customers through the Platform.

11. Service Availability

Winner Technology makes reasonable efforts to maintain uninterrupted Platform availability.

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Network failures
  • Third-party services
  • Force Majeure events

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

12. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, SMS providers, mapping services, email providers, artificial intelligence services, APIs, and automation platforms.

Winner Technology is not responsible for the availability, security, policies, or performance of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Winner Technology shall not be liable for:

  • Shipment loss
  • Shipment damage
  • Delivery delays
  • Driver misconduct
  • Customer disputes
  • Financial losses between platform users
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data

Winner Technology's total liability shall never exceed the annual subscription fees paid by the customer for the applicable subscription period.

14. Suspension and Termination

Winner Technology may suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

  • These Terms are violated.
  • Fraud is suspected.
  • False company information is submitted.
  • Illegal activities are detected.
  • Subscription fees remain unpaid.

Termination does not relieve users from outstanding financial obligations.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

16. Amendments

Winner Technology reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will become effective immediately upon publication on the Courizo website.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
